Shane is a fully qualified MNU Nutritionist and Personal Trainer. Shane predominantly works with Females and helps them to lose weight, guide them away from yoyo dieting, manage issues around their cycles and promotes a message around a better relationship with food and mental health. Shane has helped hundreds of women to better manage conditions like PCOS, Amenorrhea, Endometriosis and live a normal life. Shane has a National Qualification in Pre and Post Natal Exercise from the National Training Centre.  Shane is the host of the Shane Walsh Fitness Podcast which is available to download on iTunes and Spotify where he has interviewed some of the biggest names in the fitness industry.
